You must provide accurate information when creating an account, requesting a viewing, listing a property, or booking a service. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

SettleEazzy helps coordinate rental enquiries between tenants, agents, and landlords. We review listing submissions before publishing, but we do not guarantee the continued availability, condition, or accuracy of any property beyond what has been verified at the time of listing. Viewing appointments are coordinated by our office and may be rescheduled based on availability.

Move-in services such as cleaning, transport, assembly, repairs, painting, electricals, and internet setup are performed by independent providers coordinated through SettleEazzy. Pricing shown on the platform is a starting estimate; final pricing is confirmed with you before work begins.

SettleEazzy does not process payments through this website. Rent, viewing, and service payments are handled directly through the office via company account or mobile money, following instructions confirmed with you separately.

• Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listing or contact information.
• Do not use the platform to harass agents, landlords, tenants, or service providers.
• Do not attempt to bypass viewing coordination to avoid verification.

SettleEazzy facilitates introductions and coordination between tenants, agents, landlords, and service providers. We are not a party to any rental agreement or service contract formed between users, and we are not liable for disputes arising from those agreements, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
